Scope & Content The collection consists of family photographs dating from the early 1900's a scrapbook that was put together by the donors father and a bank book from First National Bank in Moorhead, MN that dates from the early 1900's that belonged to Edward Fay as well.
Admin/Biographical History Edward Fay Jr. Was born in New Ulm, Minnesota and came to Moorhead in 1875. He was a graduate of Moorhead High School and served as a clerk in the post office from 1886-1893. He served with the North Dakota Infantry in the Philipines during the Spanish American War. He served the Moorhead Post Office as Assistant Post Master through about 1915.
